The book has a handy wipe clean cover designed to cope with all those kitchen splashes and each recipe is on a single page or two facing pages, so no awkward page turning mid-method! Printed in an easy to read font with delightful original illustrations, the book is spiral bound so that it will open easily and lie flat on your work surface.

The huge range of recipes covers soups, emergency bread, curries, fish, meat, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free meals together with fabulous desserts, a LOT of cakes and biscuits and flavoured gins and cocktails – some contributed by Catbrook’s very own gin factory, the Silver Circle Distillery. The recipes range from traditional favourites handed down through the generations to those collected on travels abroad or adapted for specific

dietary needs.

At just £9 per book this has been really popular. All profits will go to the upkeep and running of the Memorial Hall.

We had a print run of 196 books and we have JUST SIX LEFT!

Email recipe@catbrook.org.uk if you'd like to buy one of the last few.
